Service Description
South West Track Days are heading to Mac Park [Mount Gambier, South Australia]! HIRE BIKES are still available for this event (KTM390 Dukes), and you are able to bring out your own bike as well with few restrictions in place. Please see additional charges below regarding hire bike costs. 🔸Juniors 16 and Under receive their own session, and a $100 discount! All juniors booking in can use the discount code SWTDJUNIOR! to receive their discount at checkout! 🔸 We are only opening this event up to a small number of entrants to make sure you get clear track all day long 🔸 Receive one-on-one accredited coaching throughout the day 🔸 Hire bikes & hire gear available 🔸 All levels of experience welcome 🔸 A photographer will be out there capturing the day ADDITIONAL CHARGES: - Hire Bike Charge $250 - Motorcycling Australia One Day Licence - Additional $38 - Hire Gear Usage - $50 leathers, $30 boots, $20 gloves - Camping Fee $15 per person per night (16 and under Free of Charge) Additional costs will be charged on the day prior to riding on track. Payment options include EFTPOS or Cash. Please note some minor changes: Mount Gambier Motorcycle Club require every rider to be a financial member of the club to ride at the circuit. If you are not a financial member of the club, South West Track Days can sign you up prior to your coaching day. Annual memberships can be purchased for Adults: $55 | Juniors: $20

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by Riders: As track hire fees are non-refundable, entry fees will not be refunded if you choose to cancel after payment has been made. Transfers to another event may be considered at Full Throttle Co.’s discretion. Crashes or Mechanical Failures: No refunds will be given if you are unable to continue riding due to a crash or mechanical issue. Riders are encouraged to stay and take part in classroom and debrief sessions where possible. Weather Conditions: Events will run in all weather unless extreme conditions (such as lightning, hail, or track flooding) make it unsafe. If Full Throttle Co. cancels an event for these reasons, you may choose to transfer your booking to a new date or receive a refund. Riders will be notified as early as possible if weather forces cancellation.
